“Wait” was the first song which began the series of 12 photo covers. I was eager and excited to get started. After listening to the song and reading the poem, I thought: this is going to be difficult. Maria Simon and myself began to ponder how we could visually reflect the idea of ​​waiting. Waiting is something that happens in an intermediate period: it is a phase of uncertainty where nothing very special happens.

      Inquiring the meaning of the poem, we both interpreted that what was expected was related to the nature of the people. This is how we placed a small figure in a wide empty space when trying to transmit, also, the feeling of loneliness and helplessness that the song exudes. The person in the image is Maria Simon herself.
