When we were looking for how to illustrate it, this song, short, direct and forceful, generated many misunderstandings to Maria Simon and me. We turned over and over again to the idea of ​​an arrogant character who believed himself to be God: an above god and evil malevolent being. But the poem tells of a person who, involuntarily, lost his soul. It was taken from him. Therefore, he does not act cruelly out of arrogance, but because his essence has been volatilized. He lost both heart and soul.

      In the photography, such a being disintegrates and is atrocious. Maybe, he behaves like a God because he feels different from the rest. But perhaps also because, heartless, lost its essence, becomes ethereal, lacks consistency, as any God.
