“Next to the window” becomes quite a “literal” image. The attitude of firm serenity of the person shows the constancy and conviction of her waiting. There is a hope that something will be reborn, will come back from a kind exterior. Something deeply longed for, something worth seeing coming back in anticipation, so that she can already enjoy it from the precise moment when there is not even a speck on the horizon.

      I used a painterly look to make a sense of classical/time-free emotional feeling as the song describes deeply rooted “kind of” nostalgic essence.
